A PRIVATE BIKE PARK :: NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Legal and insurance issues prevent the park from opening. Efforts continue to explore creative methods to open the park in some capacity. Currently The Land is only available for professional photo and video shoots. Please contact David Royka for information.

The Land is private property and unauthorized riders are strictly prohibited.

• Riding at The Land requires specific written permission given to EACH rider by the land owner(s).
• All riders are required to sign legal waivers prior to riding.
• Proper experience, proof of health insurance, and appropriate riding gear are all mandatory.
• Riders must be a minimum of 18 years old and show proof of age.
• Former volunteers are allowed access on a case by case basis and must meet all requirements stated above.
